QueryClick wins 2022 Star Award for campaign with outdoor retailer, Tiso
QueryClick receive the Chairman’s Award for First Time Entry (Agency) at this year’s Marketing Society Scotland STAR Awards.

The Marketing Society Scotland hosted their 2022 Star Awards earlier this month, with QueryClick taking home the Chairman’s Award for First Time Entry (Agency). They beat the competition, fellow agencies BRC Imagination and Pim-Pam, to win the accolade for their work with outdoor specialist retailer, Tiso.
Throughout lockdown, Tiso had seen growth from digital revenue, so were looking for a strategy which would allow them to scale up their digital advertising and move away from an over-reliance on branded search by increasing spend and inactivity within Google Shopping.
QueryClick’s campaign with Tiso focused on boosting their Google Shopping campaigns and achieved some impressive results, such as:
- 111% increase in traffic
- 210% increase in revenue
- 31% increase in ROAS
- 51% increase in AOV
These results also saw QueryClick nominated for the Digital Strategy award.
Upon announcing the category winner, Star Awards Chairman, Hugh Burkitt, said:
“When it came to judging the First Time Entry Award for agencies, the campaign which really stood out was by QueryClick for the outdoor clothing company, Tiso. Here, QueryClick had developed a ‘three peaks strategy’, as they called it, to increase brand awareness, to support the stores and develop the company’s business online. On all of these objectives, they had some really impressive results.”
