QueryClick Participates in BIMA’s Digital Day 2019

On 12th November, Joey and Jeni from content and web optimization, took part in BIMA’s Digital Day, a nationwide event which pairs digital professionals with schools for a day of all things digital. They spent the day at Caldervale High School in Airdrie, working with about 25 S1-S3 pupils to teach them about QueryClick and the types of careers available in digital.
In the morning, Jeni and Joey shared their own stories of how they got started in digital and became part of the team at QueryClick. They also explored the basic processes of combining creativity and data to create, present, and implement solutions for our clients – and that’s exactly what the students then got to do. In the afternoon, they applied what they learned by working in groups, responding to QueryClick’s digital briefs, and pitching their ideas.
The students had some great ideas, and it was tough to pick a winning pitch. Their passion and enthusiasm are good signs for the future of our industry.
