IMRG Retailers Discuss… Black Friday Continues

IMRG’s ‘Retailers Discuss…’ sessions are virtual, hour-long, open debates on an important industry theme or topic. In this special seasonal series of sessions, the focus is on the Black Friday period.

Every Tuesday throughout November, we will bring a group of retailers together to share whether anyone is seeing any sudden shifts in demand, which categories are selling fastest, and whether there are any changes to customer behaviour.

In this second event of the series, we will look at whether any retailers are trying anything different or innovative so far, and how the discounting rates compare to the same period last year.
